Subtractive Tile Carving

Fee: $35 for members; $45 for non-members
Create an address sign, nameplate or small set of decorative garden tiles from terra cotta clay. By using carving tools and a subtractive method of carving to create a relief, workshop participants will create tiles to be kiln-fired, glazed, then fired a second time. Final artwork will be available for pick‐up a few weeks following the end of the workshop.
Cancellation Policy – To receive full refund or credit toward a future workshop, registrant must provide notification of cancellation a minimum of one week prior to workshop date,
or start date if workshop is part of a series or camp.
